These lectures are conducted in English, the objective of these sessions are to enhance the students word power especially of the technical terms often used in Engineering. Other objectives are to give the student competence and self confidence so that they are able to read and comprehend textbook in their field of study and to encourage the students to conduct discussions in English and to give them the opportunity to give presentation in English. Therefore in each lecture the students read a passage on electricity, magnetism or other fields in engineering learn new words and answer questions related to the text to show and improve their comprehension of the text, they will also conduct discussion and give presentation in English.
